If you would like to change or cancel an appointment for the current week, please call the salon at 617-456-0006. We request that you give us 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Cynthia K Salon. We reserve them especially for you, but we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. We will do our best to fill the appointment, in which we would waive the fee, otherwise it will be charged as follows:

  • Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved amount.

Parking
There are metered parking spots on Newbury Street as well as multiple parking garages nearby (typically $20 flat rate).

Public Transportation
We are located walking distance from the Green Line (B, C, D, E lines), closest to the Arlington station stop. We are also walking distance from Back Bay (Commuter Rail or Orange Line).
